东拼西凑了一个小roubo木工桌
一直心心念念想要有一个属于自己的roubo木工桌，材料攒齐了，下决心开搞，从10月底开始，断断续续做到了1月初总算是完工了，材料各种各样的都有，腿用的桦木，桌面一半用的榉木，一半用的枫木地板拼的，桌面边缘用红橡围了一圈，为了美观两端用的黑胡桃，中间那个用白橡木地板和黑胡桃拼的，桌钳用白橡加一块不知名木板拼黑胡桃，桌狗用的大果紫檀自己车的，桌钳的三个把手也是自己车的，过程太艰辛，尽自己最大的能力做好，废话不多说，先上成品镇楼http://mgm.diy.cc/public/emotion/face_043.pnghttps://mgimage.diy.cc/pic/20240131/1706692779227422_788.jpg

https://mgimage.diy.cc/pic/20240131/1706701264060911_912.jpg 然后给腿划线，用方榫机开出方孔，安装桌钳的圆孔由于没有那么大的钻，只能先开一个大圆孔，然后用台钻把周围再扩大，再用带弧度的刻刀修出圆形，最后用清底刨把底面修平。桌钳的X腿钳的槽先用方榫机开好，然后慢慢修，不得不说机器还是快啊，然后用带锯锯出榫头，试装一下，平整度还行http://mgm.diy.cc/public/emotion/face_043.png

https://mgimage.diy.cc/pic/20240131/170670156092377_150.jpg 这是准备好的另一半桌面的榉木料，算了一下拼宽之后才150mm，加上枫木地板的宽210mm，再加中间那个放凿子的50mm，整个桌面才410宽，感觉不够用，所以又找了两根橡木，每一根45mm厚，所以加起来桌面差不多500mm，应该就够用了。先得用小平刨刨平两个面，这里因为平刨太短了，只能稍微改进了一下，勉强还能用，平刨完了过压刨，然后再拼宽，等胶干了之后继续过平刨压刨，最后再把这6根榉木料粘成了一半的桌面，压刨的刨宽是160mm，拼成的桌面150mm，正好还能过一下压刨，这样两面都平了，压榨小压刨的极限潜力http://mgm.diy.cc/public/emotion/face_wulian.png

https://mgimage.diy.cc/pic/20240131/1706702375657168_399.jpg 开始粘另一半桌面，一开始为了能让两块地板对齐，我还想着在中心打孔用圆棒榫定位，结果打孔精度不够，两块板还是粘不平，后来想通了，先两两粘好之后，过平刨压刨就能很平了，最后粘成一个桌面，这里还考虑到做尾钳的时候，还需要开深槽，所以在粘桌面的时候，特意把槽的位置预留了出来，这样可以省事，粘之前先摆一下，确定每一块的位置，别粘错了
